1. How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple! Browse our collection and add your favorite items to the cart. When you’re ready to check out, follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase. We only accept Visa for payments at this time.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa for all purchases. Unfortunately, we do not accept other payment methods such as PayPal, Mastercard, or American Express at this time.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum order requirement to qualify for free shipping.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Our processing time is 1-3 business days, and shipping typically takes 4-7 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future, so stay tuned!
6. Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?
Once your order has been placed, it is processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us at support@kitcloth.shop as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee that changes can be made, we will do our best to assist you.
7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unworn items in their original condition within 30 days of the delivery date. Please visit our Return and Refund Policy page for detailed instructions on how to return your item.
8. How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, contact us at support@kitcloth.shop with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide you with return instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
9. How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method (Visa) within 5-10 business days. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
10. What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
We’re sorry to hear that! If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@kitcloth.shop within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the damage or defect, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement or a refund.
11. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.
12. What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your delivery area or ask neighbors. If the package is still missing, contact the carrier with your tracking information. Kitcloth is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered.
